We hereby proudly announce that in December 2014, DIOSS acquired a majority share in INTO IT Applications nv.
INTO IT Applications is a software company specialised in data management systems, smart-card technology, loyalty programmes, secured transactions and services and tailor-made software solutions. Moreover, the company is a key player in e-signing and e-ID integration software, with the National Bank of Belgium as one of its clients.
Through this participation, DIOSS is hoping to significantly extend its market share in printing and in the plastic cards sector, particularly smart cards. Moreover, DIOSS would like to introduce the concept of data integrity in the printing sector and further develop the existing activities of INTO IT Applications through a structured approach.
“Past joint projects, such as the recent loyalty programme for ‘Gezinsbond’, have clearly proved that our companies perfectly complement each other. It was therefore only natural to launch more targeted collaboration efforts and effectively integrate the company into the DIOSS Group”, explains CEO Guy Lauwers.
